Rapid prototypes (CNC/3D printing) can ship within 3–5 days, while injection molding and low-volume production usually take 2–4 weeks. QBH provides extensive finishing options for both metal and plastic parts, including anodizing, powder coating, painting, electroplating, brushing, bead blasting, and polishing. Custom colors can be achieved through pre-colored resins or post-finishing with RAL or Pantone references. We also support color consistency verification and gloss level control to ensure visual uniformity across batches.

Yes. Upon request, we can provide mill test certificates, RoHS/REACH compliance reports, and third-party inspection documents. For critical applications, dimensional inspection data, CMM reports, and FAI documentation can also be included with your shipment.
